These terms
These terms cover your use of the DistriMesh website. Paid campaigns are governed by the Client Agreement signed with each brand, and editor partnerships by the agreements agreed when joining. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements apply.
Acceptable use
Don't submit false information, edited analytics, bought or automated views or followers, or content you don't have the right to use. Don't try to disrupt the service or get around its security.
Results
We deliver verified views as described in each brand's agreement. We don't promise sales, downloads, sign-ups or other business results.
Content and trademarks
Brands keep the rights to their content and grant editors permission to use it for campaigns under the Client Agreement. The DistriMesh name, logo and site design belong to us.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
