Who we are
DistriMesh runs a short-form clipping network: creators and brands buy verified views, and independent video editors post clips on their own accounts. This policy covers distrimesh.pro and app.distrimesh.pro. Contact: hello@distrimesh.pro.
What we collect
Contact and applications. Name, email address, company or channel URL, and any message you include when requesting a call or contacting us. Editor applications may also include a phone number. We use this to reply to you and communicate about campaigns.
Security data. IP address and request details, used to prevent abuse and protect against bots.
Services that process data for us
Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms), and Discord (internal notifications of form submissions). Each processes only what it needs to provide its service.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies needed to protect forms from spam and bots. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept while we're in conversation and for a reasonable time after. Account data is kept while your account is open. Financial records (payments, earnings, payouts) are kept as long as accounting and tax law require, even after an account is closed; other personal details are removed or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing hello@distrimesh.pro. We'll reply within 30 days. Some records must be kept by law, as explained above.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and every staff action is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and notify account holders of significant changes.
